Straight suck gay

At the football game, I couldn't help but notice Daniel, a total stranger with a captivating smile, and the way his eyes lit up at every play made me realize I was, undeniably, gay. We talked the entire second half, laughing and playfully bickering about the game, both secretly aware of the spark between us, a feeling I'd only ever read about in LGBT romance novels, which I hid from him, since I was still in the closet. After the final whistle, he asked for my number, and as I walked away, my heart raced with the exciting possibility of a future with this wonderful man. The next day I would think about Daniel all the time, even though he didn't know I was gay and that made me feel awkward.
